Something Alive

There is a book and it's called something alive. It's a graphic novel where there is a girl and she talks about her from only one place and so her grandmother came from across the lands and seas. When she goes to school she says that her accent blends well with the other students and people ask where she is really from. In some way it's easier for her. She says that her dad's face looks like her grandfather's japanese face. But there's still a misunderstand and she dresses up in amour,blood,swords or casts me in chrome as a product of some imaginary superfuture. She feels like a badly haiku doesn't mean the same english she's mostly lived in the southern islands she feels lost in New Zealand and japan . People always ask her questions about Japan. Others expect her to answer every question that comes towards her and it's frustrating to hear things I've never known my whole life . She often feels like she's not enough as the dilation makes her blood less somehow but now her grandmother calls New Zealand home. It always has not been easy for her but she made a great life. When shes feeling lost she goes to her family. My grandmother proud to be a japanese and to live in New ZealandDate 03.06.2020

Close to the edge is a short story written by Cecile Kruger. She's with her mother they are refugee . She was walking with her mum trying to find a new home with other people. She describes her village and she's thirsty for water; she tastes only dust from the air. she's so tired that she is almost close to the edge. Her mum tells her daughter to sit down, then she looks back from the village where she lives and she sees that the laurel green smoke rises higher. the day turns night than her hand slip through a crack she looks in and her foot gets kind stuck she hears sudden a noise she is tumbling down then she explores the cave then the sunlight the shadow of the sun scartted across the walls the cave leads her to something wet she's feels the water raping around her leg it goes around her ankel she says that it tingels.

My name is rez is a graphic novel told by toby marris. Rez and her family are from iran refugees but then they moved to NZ rez goes to a new school but when she arrives there she gets bullied because she was acting like a robot. whenever she made a mistake she got pushed under the table from a girl or boy with green shorts and black shirt.

A couple months later she turnt seven and and her and her sister had the whole house to them self when she went back to school her teacher helped her with her learning. She learnt if you get a question wrong she's learning from that mistake but kids still teased her at school.

She made friends at the cort just up her street. She played netball with her new friends. Then she found out other ways with the kiwi culture. She joined a kapa haka group when she was young a few years later. She was a advisor grown up shes help working for other refugees.

I made a raft/boat because its made out of wooden logs and iron but i have two floaty boats under the raft/boat. To float i have food so i can survive through nights plus the fishing rod if i need more food i have water of buckets and two Yamaha motors to get faster around. if i fall of the raft/boat i will quickly grab it and try to get to shore.

We have been talking about moari gods and the thing we did was use one moari god and use them as one of our feelings. I created a story bored that for my moari gods. Rongo-ma-tane,Maui,Rueumoko Tumatauenga,Tawhirimatea are like emotions that our agn atua.

The first day at tech me and the year 8,s made corn fritters. We used eggs,flour,oil,and other recipes and we used utensils and after all that hard work we made some yummy corn fritters.
